Opal Garnet Necklace, Ethiopian Opal, Rhodolite Pink Garnet, Semi Precious, Handmade Gemstone Jewellery, Sterling Silver Pendant

Five gorgeous earth-mined 6mm x 4mm oval-shaped colourful Ethiopian opal semi-precious faceted gemstones, complimented by beautiful sparkling 2mm x 2mm round & two 1mm x 1mm round Rhodolite pink Garnet semi-precious gemstones. These gemstones are handset in sterling silver in a prong setting!
This handmade jewellery is inspired by my photograph of Bryneglwys, a rural village in North Wales. Here, lush green fields and emerald treelines paint a captivating picture of the country’s rustic charm. In spring, daffodils and dandelions coalesce to transform these romantic pastures into seas of gold and yellow.
One of the birthstones for January, garnet – historically tied to friendship and faithfulness – has long been used for decoration, having been found amongst the relics of ancient Greece and Egypt.
As with other opals, Ethiopian opal is a birthstone for October, said to brim with joyously positive emotion whilst also invoking the calmness and restraint required to balance such ardour.
Attached to an 18-inch chain, this dazzling gemstone pendant will arrive packaged in a small gift box featuring the image of its inspiration on the inside of the lid. Combined with an organza bag, this results in a gorgeously-presented piece which makes the perfect gift.
