Natural Emerald & Sterling Silver Earrings

This handmade jewellery is inspired by my photograph of Nantglyn, where a patchwork of luscious, vibrant green fields – seamed by quaint hedgerows and age-old trees – unfolds before the distant mountains.
 

A May birthstone, emerald has been called the ‘Jewel of Kings’ due to its ties to historical royalty; it was popularised by the ancient Egyptian pharaoh Cleopatra, and has remained in fashion since.
 

32mm long (~1 ¼ inches), these dazzling gemstone earrings will arrive packaged in a small gift box featuring the image of their inspiration on the inside of the lid. Combined with an organza bag, this results in a gorgeously-presented pair which makes the perfect gift.
