Opal Kyanite Necklace, Orange Ethiopian Opal, Cubic Zirconia, Semi Precious, Handmade Gemstone Jewellery, Sterling Silver, Pendant

£69.95

Amazing crafted 7mm x 5mm oval-shaped orange Ethiopian Opal semi-precious faceted gemstone, complimented by lovely 10mm x 5mm marquise-shaped rare blue Kyanite semi-precious gemstone & several 1mm x 1mm round-shaped Cubic Zirconias. These gemstones are handset in sterling silver in a prong setting & cluster setting respectively!

This handmade jewellery is inspired by my photograph of a sunset over Nevis, a tropical island paradise in the Caribbean Sea bathed here in warm tones which lend its serene shores an especially graceful beauty.

A birthstone for the month of April first developed in the USSR in the 1970s, cubic zirconia is created from base substances found in extraterrestrial rock from both asteroids and the moon.

As with other opals, Ethiopian opal is a birthstone for October, said to brim with joyously positive emotion whilst also invoking the calmness and restraint required to balance such ardour.

Kyanite’s name arises from the Greek kyanos, meaning ‘deep blue’. A stunning, serene gemstone, it is said to bridge the gap between the heart and the mind.

Attached to an 18-inch chain, this dazzling gemstone pendant will arrive packaged in a small gift box featuring the image of its inspiration on the inside of the lid. Combined with an organza bag, this results in a gorgeously-presented piece which makes the perfect gift.
