Zirconia Tanzanite Stud-Drops, Cubic Zirconia, Natural Semi Precious Gemstones, Sterling Silver, Stud Drop Earrings

£59.95

Gorgeous natural 6mm x 4m oval-shaped blue Tanzanite semi-precious rare gemstones, complimented by several 1mm x 1mm round-shaped Cubic Zirconia gemstones. These gemstones are handset in sterling silver in a prong setting & cluster setting respectively!

This handmade jewellery is inspired by my photograph of Lake Mead, a gorgeous blue reservoir of serene waters which sweep wondrously over 640 square kilometres in the US states of Nevada and Arizona, where its sapphire depths gorgeously offset the sun-kissed hues of the surrounding rocky desert.

A birthstone for the month of April first developed in the USSR in the 1970s, cubic zirconia is created from base substances found in extraterrestrial rock from both asteroids and the moon.

A December birthstone, tanzanite was first discovered in 1967 in Tanzania, borrowing its name from its origin country. It is often worn by Tanzanian mothers to grant their new-borns happy lives.

22mm long (~1 inch), these dazzling gemstone earrings will arrive packaged in a small gift box featuring the image of their inspiration on the inside of the lid. Combined with an organza bag, this results in a gorgeously-presented pair which makes the perfect gift.

Thanks for looking. Commissions welcome.
