Tanzanite Celtic Drop-Earrings, Celtic Design, Gold Accents, Semi Precious Gemstones, Handmade Jewellery, Sterling Silver, Earrings

Wonderfully crafted 5mm x 4mm oval-shaped natural blue Tanzanite rare semi-precious faceted gemstones. These gemstones are handset in sterling silver in a beautiful sterling silver Celtic design with gold accents in a prong setting!
This handmade jewellery is inspired by my photograph of Snowdonia’s staggering Lake Cowlyd. Set amongst the Carneddau range of mountains, these deep and enchanting waters are accessible only via a challenging uphill path which demands determination in those that follow it. The required effort pays off, however, revealing a decidedly dramatic, desolate landscape bare of trees and rich in rough-hewn rock.
A December birthstone, tanzanite was first discovered in 1967 in Tanzania, borrowing its name from its origin country. It is often worn by Tanzanian mothers to grant their new-borns happy lives.
Celtic Designs are one of the oldest cultures with beautifully interwoven strands that loop and weave representing the path of life and the forces of nature intertwined infinitely.
40mm long (~1 1/2 inches), these dazzling gemstone earrings will arrive packaged in a small gift box featuring the image of their inspiration on the inside of the lid. Combined with an organza bag, this results in a gorgeously-presented pair which makes the perfect gift.
