Tanzanite Sapphire Pendant, Cubic Zirconia, Orange Sapphire, Semi Precious, Handmade Gemstone Jewellery, Sterling Silver, Necklace

£120.00

Two magnificent natural 5mm x 5mm round-shaped blue Tanzanite rare semi-precious faceted gemstone, complimented by lovely natural 5mm x 3mm oval-shaped orange Sapphire precious gemstone & several 1mm x 1mm round-shaped Cubic Zirconias. These gemstones are handset in sterling silver in a prong setting & cluster setting respectively!

This handmade jewellery is inspired by my photograph of the deep, tranquil waters of Llyn Aled Isaf, a beautiful natural lake high on the Hiraethog moors. This mesmerising windswept landscape of ancient occupation makes for an amazing hike on a summer’s day.

A birthstone for the month of April first developed in the USSR in the 1970s, cubic zirconia is created from base substances found in extraterrestrial rock from both asteroids and the moon.

One of the birthstones for September, sapphire’s symbolism is as diverse as its hues, having been associated with youth and old age, power and kindness, and wealth alongside freedom from envy.

A December birthstone, tanzanite was first discovered in 1967 in Tanzania, borrowing its name from its origin country. It is often worn by Tanzanian mothers to grant their new-borns happy lives.

Attached to an 18-inch chain, this dazzling gemstone pendant will arrive packaged in a small gift box featuring the image of its inspiration on the inside of the lid. Combined with an organza bag, this results in a gorgeously-presented piece which makes the perfect gift.
