Opal Tanzanite Necklace, AAA Quality Ethiopian Opal, Semi Precious, Handmade Gemstone Jewellery, Sterling Silver, Pendant

Earth-mined AAA quality 11mm x 7mm oval-shaped faceted Ethiopian Opal semi-precious gemstone, complimented by five beautiful faceted cut sparkling 3mm x 3mm round-shaped natural blue Tanzanite rare semi-precious gemstones. These natural gemstones are handset in sterling silver in a prong setting!
This pretty piece of jewellery is inspired by my photograph of Puffin Island, located on the entrance to the Menai Straits, Anglesey this now uninhabited little island is home to the remains of a 12th-century monastery and and abundance of wildlife.
As with other opals, Ethiopian opal is a birthstone for October, said to brim with joyously positive emotion whilst also invoking the calmness and restraint required to balance such ardour.
A December birthstone, tanzanite was first discovered in 1967 in Tanzania, borrowing its name from its origin country. It is often worn by Tanzanian mothers to grant their new-borns happy lives.
Attached to an 18-inch chain, this dazzling gemstone pendant will arrive packaged in a small gift box featuring the image of its inspiration on the inside of the lid. Combined with an organza bag, this results in a gorgeously-presented piece which makes the perfect gift.
