    Amazing faceted cut sparkling 8mm x 6mm pear drop-shaped Mercury Mist Topaz semi-precious gemstones, complimented by gorgeous 1mm x 1mm round-shaped & six 4mm x 3mm pear drop-shaped natural blue Tanzanite semi-precious rare gemstones. These gemstones are handset in sterling silver in a prong setting!
     
    This handmade jewellery is inspired by my photograph of a sunset over Nevis, a tropical island paradise in the Caribbean Sea bathed here in warm tones which lend its serene shores an especially graceful beauty.
     
    One of November’s birthstones, topaz is thought to be named after the Sanskrit tapas, meaning ‘fire’. Hindu literature points to its functions as a lengthener of life and provider of wisdom.
     
    A December birthstone, tanzanite was first discovered in 1967 in Tanzania, borrowing its name from its origin country. It is often worn by Tanzanian mothers to grant their new-borns happy lives.
     
    30mm long (~1 inch), these dazzling gemstone earrings will arrive packaged in a small gift box featuring the image of their inspiration on the inside of the lid. Combined with an organza bag, this results in a gorgeously-presented pair which makes the perfect gift.

    This handmade jewellery is inspired by my photograph of Lake Vyrnwy in Powys, Wales. Nestled in the Berwyn Mountains, this gorgeously dramatic lake and its staggering surroundings see the juxtaposition of brilliant blue water with the deep green of the enveloping woodland.
