This handmade jewellery is inspired by my photograph of Ruthin Castle, which acts today as a visual juxtaposition of two eras; at one end of the lush local parkland, enshrouded in ivy, slumps the ruined wall of a 13th-century fortress, whilst at the other stands a 19th-20th century manor house-turned-hotel.
