Items are sent within two days of purchase and are sent first class post which usually takes two days.

International delivery varies according to destination usually one to two weeks.

Welsh Hills Jewellery wishes you to be satisfied with every purchase but In the unlikely event you wish to return an item I will refund 100% of the purchase price. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any order for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment.

How to return an order:

Fill in the appropriate information on the return page and then follow the instructions below to return your package.Do let me know why you are returning so I can improve our service for the future. Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, gemstone or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.

Contact forms and email links

Should you choose to contact us using the contact form on our contact us page or an email link, none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website or passed to / be processed by any third party data processor.

Instead the data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes known as SSL) meaning that the email content is encrypted using SHA-2, 256-bit cryptography before being sent across the internet.

The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices.

We retain emails on our local computers containing the information you provide us with on our contact forms or email links indefinately unless the removal of the data is resquested. Shopping on this website

When you make a purchase and create an account on this website we ask you for personal details such as your name, address, telephone number and email address.

We do this so we can ship your order to you and also to keep you informed of any issues relating to your order. We may also send you emails using this information for the purposes of marketing or keeping you informed of matters relating to you.

Your card information is never stored on our website. We use PayPal to process payments and when you enter your card information it is entered on their website and is processed by them and not us.

Email newsletter

If you are signed up to our email newsletter, your email address is forwarded to MailChimp who provide us with email marketing services. We consider MailChimp to be a third party data processor.

The email address that you submit will not be stored within this website’s own database or in any of our internal computer systems. Your email address will remain within MailChimp’s database for as long as we continue to use MailChimp’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list.

You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please tell us the email address that is subscribed to the mailing list.
